Artistic Operations Manager

Arts Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Company Manager to join our team. As a key member of our artistic administration team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our productions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our artistic vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administrative, logistical, and welfare aspects of our productions, including artist management, production staff coordination, and venue setup.
- Coordinate the recruitment and management of production staff, including seasonal stage management teams.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with all stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of petty cash, receipts, credit cards, and order forms, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the FOH team in arranging social events for the company.
- Track and book ticket requests for creative and production staff.
- Proven experience in a creative or arts management role, with a strong track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in production health and safety.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
