Artistic Operations Manager

Arts Council is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Company Manager. This position is responsible for the administrative, logistical, and welfare matters of artists, production, and season staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination of artistic and production activities.
- Coordinate the recruitment and management of production staff, including scheduling and attendance.
- Support the Head of Artistic Administration and Production Manager in ensuring the well-being and welfare of artists and production staff.
- Assist in the coordination of rehearsals, performances, and other production activities.
- Manage petty cash, receipts, credit cards, and order forms, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including communication, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Proven experience in a creative or arts management role, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
