Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Training & Learning and Development industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of generating business from a remote setting, with a strong understanding of sales analytics tools and CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
