Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow business through the introduction of new solutions and services.
- Offer a comprehensive suite of IT solutions, including IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery (DR), Managed Back-Up, Hardware, and Networking.
- Collaborate with clients to develop IT strategies that support their educational goals and ensure they remain at the forefront of technology.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical teams and other departments to deliver seamless service and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, particularly within the education sector.
