Opportunity for a Service Engineer

Mpac Lambert is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to deliver outstanding support to our clientele. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machinery and equipment, alongside visiting client locations to ensure optimal functionality.

Primary Duties
  • Evaluate PLC and HMI/SCADA software applications, emphasizing Siemens systems.
  • Conduct maintenance and commissioning activities at client sites, both domestically and internationally.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and support the aftermarket services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Completed apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Possession of HNC, HND, or BSc in a relevant engineering field.
  • Expertise in Rockwell and Siemens programming environments.
  • Experience in integrating robotics within automation frameworks.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and Siemens TIA Portal.
  • Knowledge of GE Fanuc iFix and Aveva InTouch & System Platform.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports directly to the Service Team Lead.
  • Collaborates closely with the Aftermarket Department, Design team, clients, and suppliers.
