Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead the development and launch of our flagship HID Signo readers within the Physical Access Control Solution (PACS) reader portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the Signo product line, from concept to product launch.
- Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and product unit teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Leadership: Demonstrate cross-functional leadership with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Communication: Effective communication in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Tools and Technology: Familiarity with CRM tools and analysis such as Salesforce, Oracle-EBS, Oracle-PLM, etc.
- Agile Development: Experience with Agile development and lean innovation practices.
- SAFe: Training in SAFe such as Implementing SAFe and / or SAFe POPM.
- Education: Bachelor's degree – Engineering or related field (Master's degree is beneficial but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with an emphasis on electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems within the RFID and physical access control industry.
- Travel: Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore, the employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport/visa.
