Job Title: Product Management Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to lead our Product Management team in the development and launch of our Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) product lines. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems, within the RFID and physical access control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for end-to-end lifecycle planning of existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using Agile SAFe methodologies, to align marketing, sales, and product unit teams to drive revenue growth and/or profitability.
  • Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other business units.
  • Provide market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product development and launch strategies.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems.
  • Experience in the RFID and physical access control industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile SAFe methodologies and experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with product development and product management tools, such as Jira, TestRail, and Miro.
  • Training in SAFe such as Implementing SAFe and/or SAFe POPM.
