We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to become an integral part of our team.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members and visitors. Your responsibilities will range from managing meeting room reservations to addressing IT support inquiries, all aimed at enabling our members to excel in their work while you oversee the operational aspects of the office.

No two days will be alike in this position; you will engage in activities such as conducting building tours, organizing member events, preparing meeting spaces, and responding to various member requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all visitors and members, ensuring a warm welcome and effective resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Maintain adequate coverage at the reception area, compile handover notes, and communicate daily events and activities to your colleagues. Manage incoming mail and deliveries, as well as handle phone inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of content ideas for social media, the Clockwise website, and other marketing channels as directed by your location's General Manager or marketing team.
  • Generate innovative ideas and participate in the planning and execution of our member event programming.

Working Hours:

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will work Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required for evening commitments. This is a full-time, salaried position.
