Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Specialist to manage and coordinate with external Design and Engineering Consultants on a variety of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site investigations, topographical surveys, and other necessary assessments.
  • Provide clear briefs to engineering consultants regarding design scopes, which include infrastructure elements such as roads, drainage systems, retaining walls, and foundation designs.
  • Engage in negotiations with regulatory bodies and utility providers concerning engineering matters.
  • Disseminate engineering information to the Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all times.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of HNC level or equivalent in civil engineering or a related discipline, with experience in residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, CDM, EA/Water Authority/Highway regulations, and adoption agreements.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • A proactive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and a willingness to engage in further training.
