Job Title: Civil and Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering client projects to time and budget, working on all aspects of design for various small-sized projects, and liaising with stakeholders and attending site visits to monitor the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of client projects to time and budget
  • Work on all aspects of design for various small-sized projects, with minimum supervision, and on medium-sized projects, you'll spend time on selected technical issues
  • Liaise with stakeholders and attend site visits to monitor the projects
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of UK post-graduate experience
  • The ability to be a technical, innovative, and creative thinker with strong team-working ability, able to influence, explain, and demonstrate professionalism
  • Competence in using different engineering software packages (BIM, Revit, 3D drawing) and strong communication, time management & organisational skills
