We are seeking an experienced property sales professional to join our team at Proper Office as a Commercial Property Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial estate agents, brokers, and serviced office introducers to ensure our serviced offices in London are fully let.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial estate agents, brokers, and serviced office introducers to secure new business opportunities.
- Arrange viewings for vacant office space and negotiate lettings to meet sales targets.
- Liaise with the on-site operations team at our offices in London to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, preferably in a commercial or serviced office environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week in a part-time capacity, with the option to work from home or one of our locations.
