Pear Recruitment - Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 - Parking permit
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9-5:30pm, every other Saturday 10am - 2pm
A well-established Lettings & Property Management company is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Pinner. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior experience in lettings negotiations, who is passionate about the industry and has knowledge of current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new business and increase market share through effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market appraisals and negotiate competitive fees with landlords
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Manage the efficient progression of agreed deals, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including Agreements and Clauses, to provide expert advice and guidance
- Utilize Rightmove and Zoopla back office tools to analyze and monitor performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, including Accounts, Renewals, and Property Management, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Chase outstanding rents and fees, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial risks
- Lead the weekly office meeting, driving team discussions and decision-making
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- ARLA qualified Level 2 at least or equivalent, with opportunities to gain more qualifications
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle
