## Lettings Opportunity in a Busy Office
Are you looking for a new challenge in the property industry? We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team in a busy and successful office.
### Key Responsibilities
* Canvass properties to let
* Value and list properties to let
* Communicate with landlords both over the phone and face to face
* Self-generate valuations and convert referrals to valuations
* Be target-driven
* IT literate, self-driven, and motivated
* Work closely with others in the department
* Valuation/listing experience is essential
### Requirements
* Great telephone manner
* Full UK driving license
* Excellent organization skills
* Strong customer focus
* Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
* Experience in valuing and listing properties to rent
* Ambition and desire to be successful and progress to management
