Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee system-level Analog Mixed Signal verification and power integrity for next-generation microcontrollers and wireless products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to sub-system and chip-level AMS and spice simulations for SoCs.
  • Collaborate closely with SoC design, architecture, and analog design teams.
  • Analyze and comprehend SoC specifications and IO management.
  • Plan and review AMS and spice simulations with SoC teams.
  • Conduct PI/SI simulations, including die pad ring, package, and PCB models.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of PISI and AMS simulation methodologies and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in sub-system and chip-level AMS and spice simulations.
  • Strong understanding of analog IPs such as Buck, LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, and BG.
  • Experience with simulation tools including Cadence, Questa ADMS, Spectre, HSPICE, or similar.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting silicon issues.
  • Ability to review and understand chip-level electrical specifications and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in spice simulations and circuit-level debugging is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SI/PI simulations.
  • Knowledge of IO functionality, Ethernet, DDR, etc., is a plus.
