Governance Operations Assistant

As a Governance Administration Support Specialist, you will primarily engage with internal stakeholders to address inquiries and fulfill requests.
Serving as a key contact for questions related to governance, data protection, and insurance, you will assist colleagues in resolving incoming inquiries promptly and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include aiding the team in managing the governance calendar, ensuring that reporting and meeting schedules are efficiently supported, and preparing and processing invoices using the Microsoft F&O system.
You will maintain precise records for subject access requests, data breaches, insurance claims, and other information management obligations, while also undertaking additional duties as necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience across various domains.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to achieve objectives and targets while managing multiple conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in managing customer interactions to mitigate potential conflicts.- A solid understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
- Capability to build credible relationships, influence, and advise stakeholders, communicating effectively at different levels within the organization.
