Our esteemed client is in search of a proficient Corporate Sales Support Coordinator.
This position is vital in assisting the Corporate Sales team by handling administrative duties, responding to customer inquiries, and facilitating sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Sales team with routine administrative functions.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and proposals in accordance with agreed terms.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, client communications, and inventory levels.
- Act as the main contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Provide outstanding support and administrative services to the Corporate department.
- Foster relationships with buyers from existing Corporate clients.
- Oversee and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to guarantee accurate and current client information.
- Coordinate customer demonstration appointments.
- Organize Corporate deliveries as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
