We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team at Vitality. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of corporate insurance for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate insurance suppliers and contracts
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with corporate insurance
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive category-focused sourcing strategies
  • Perform ongoing supplier management and assurance actions to ensure service performance
Requirements:
  • Specific knowledge and experience in Corporate/Group Insurance management strategy and implementation
  • Impressive experience of negotiations with suppliers to deliver value and mitigate contractual risk
  • Broad understanding of contract drafting, service definition, performance, and commercial structures
  • Proven record of effective category management, demonstrating the implementation of sourcing strategy, supplier rationalisation, and supplier innovation
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and network with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
