We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Tewv Brits. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health issues.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision to individuals or groups
  • Delivering evidence-based therapies and interventions
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be expected to:

  • Travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes
  • Hold a post-graduate qualification in a relevant area
  • Have significant experience working with people with mental ill health in a care environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Key skills in literacy, numeracy and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable knowledge to post-graduate level of evidence-based practice in caring for patients in the designated field
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 a year pro rata, per annum, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
