Job Title: Technical Systems Administrator

The Technical Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the company's internal technical infrastructure. This position involves:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing, maintaining, and upgrading enterprise server and storage hardware
  • Providing internal support for office hardware, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment
  • Implementing vulnerability management using scanning tools and remediation/automation of software rollout
  • Configuring and monitoring anti-virus software and mobile device management
  • Managing firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure
  • Administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365
  • Achieving recognized Cyber Security accreditation
  • Managing video conferencing and enterprise-level phone systems
  • Monitoring and managing resource availability and scalability

This role requires a technically minded individual with a passion for exploring the latest software and hardware technologies. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Systems Administrator will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technical infrastructure.
