Job Title: Technical Systems Administrator

The Technical Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's internal technical infrastructure. This position involves providing internal support for office hardware, including servers, PCs, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support for office hardware and software
  • Improving and maintaining the IT business needs of the organisation
  • Testing and configuring new hardware and software technologies
  • Management of Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and Group Policies
  • Management of video conferencing and telecommunications technologies
  • Resolving problems and issues with computer and server systems
  • International travel for data centre scoping, network surveying, and hardware installation

This role requires a technically minded individual with a passion for exploring the latest software and hardware technologies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the Technical Operations team and take on additional responsibilities such as database administration, technical research and development, and infrastructure engineering.

Requirements:

  • Predicted 2:1 or above in a computer-related degree
