About the Role

The Technical Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our internal technical infrastructure. This includes managing and upgrading enterprise server and storage hardware, as well as providing internal support for office hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and upgrade enterprise server and storage hardware
  • Provide internal support for office hardware, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Implement vulnerability management using scanning tools such as Nessus
  • Remediate and automate software rollout using Ninite/PDQ
  • Configure and monitor anti-virus software and mobile device management
  • Manage firewalls and switches, including configuration, patching, and upgrading
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365
  • Achieve recognized Cyber Security accreditation
  • Manage video conferencing and enterprise-level phone systems
  • Monitor and manage resource availability and scalability, including CPU usage, disk usage, and storage systems

Requirements
