**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join our team at Charalle Legal Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Legal Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff, including preparing and editing documents, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with billing and financial management, including preparing invoices and managing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and procedures, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
