Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of junior solicitors/trainees
  • Experience handling complex property matters and providing sound legal advice
  • Ability to take the lead on business development initiatives
  • Partial client following is desirable
  • Excellent client relationship skills
