Overview

Are you looking to launch your career in property management? Spicerhaart is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Lincoln. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this exciting and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures
