Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our EMEA Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for our operations in EMEA, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for EMEA operations, aligned with business objectives and goals
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective procurement solutions
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality goods and services are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with business operations
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize procurement spend

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on operations and supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
