About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at Forrest Recruitment Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Department, including file and diary management.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
  • Assist with organizing the Head of Department's diary on a week-by-week basis.
  • Contribute to projects and coordinate with consultants.
  • Assist with report writing and work closely with the finance team.

Requirements:
