Key Responsibilities: In the role of Home Care Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive top-notch care. Operating from our office, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting tailored assessments for clients to develop personalized care plans. Performing quality assurance visits to evaluate client satisfaction. Carrying out regular reviews of services to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of care plans. Collaborating closely with clients and their families to comprehend their needs and advocate for them with healthcare professionals. Providing guidance and steadfast support to our committed caregiving staff. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Working in partnership with healthcare professionals to enhance client well-being. Visiting clients' residences to introduce new Care Professionals. Assisting the Care Manager in the creation, updating, and auditing of client care plans.Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in the care industry with comparable responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized care. Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. The capability to motivate and lead a team with empathy and professionalism. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (Business Class One insurance is necessary).What We Provide:
Competitive remuneration: £22,750 plus additional on-call compensation. Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. Employee Assistance Programme. Referral bonus scheme. Additional on-call compensation. Work with a CQC Rated 'Outstanding' office. Consideration of job share arrangements for suitable candidates.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional out-of-hours visits and participation in an on-call rota.
