About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional levels of support to our users across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the support of corporate computer systems, including routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks, configuration management, incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Enrol users on corporate systems, ensuring full functionality prior to release.
  • Assist in the operation of networked computer systems, including system shut-down and start-up procedures.
  • Install, configure, commission, test, and troubleshoot 'desktop' end-user Information & Communications Technology (ICT) equipment.
  • Be conversant with the principles, configuration, and use of the Trust's standard computer operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and UNIX technologies.
  • Document deliveries and provide stock control.
