Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Manager to join our team at London Paramount Care Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users. You will work closely with our Registered Manager and Regional Operations Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Experience in working with vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
