Job Summary

We're looking for a Care Assistant who is eager to learn and develop their skills in complex care areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
