- Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in staff development and training, including training new staff members.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Experience in working with vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
