About the Role:
Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the development, management, and delivery of all Fleet Planning activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and ensuring the successful execution of fleet planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Indicators: Develop and implement performance improvement programs to ensure effective leadership of fleet planning activities. Monitor progress and set delivery targets to maximize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Completion of Activities: Ensure all fleet planning activities are appropriately documented and maintained on relevant systems. Lead the integration of fleet planning activities within the business and engage key stakeholders at all stages of the process.
- Procedure/Standards: Lead fleet planning's compliance with relevant procedures and standards, including the MAI CAME and Company procedures. Drive and implement change as required, while ensuring compliance.
- Safety Management System: Apply human factors, error management, risk management, and safety assurance within fleet planning. Proactively analyze, mitigate, and manage hazards.
- Management System Assurance: Ensure all fleet planning activities are compliant with the AM&S Governance and Assurance framework. Manage audit findings and provide information for relevant reviews.
- Statutory/Regulatory & Legislative Requirements: Demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of relevant continuing airworthiness regulatory frameworks. Ensure regulatory-driven changes are implemented.
- Contractual Requirements: Lead compliance with all applicable contractual requirements, including support for contract reviews.
Key Areas of Responsibility Specific to Capability:
- Manage Strategic Fleet Plans: Develop, produce, and deliver strategic fleet plans and fleet scenario/options modeling to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage Tactical Fleet Plans: Develop, produce, and deliver agreed and authorized tactical fleet plans for designated fleets, including scheduled maintenance events.
- Manage Aircraft Maintenance: Plan aircraft into maintenance to ensure compliance with the Operator Maintenance Programme and applicable technical instructions.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Manage the fleet planning interface with customers, maintenance tasking & verification teams, part 145 organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and Develop Effectiveness: Lead and develop the effectiveness of the SoW, Pre-Input and Post-Output Review Meeting (PIRM & PORM) processes and workscope completion achieved during maintenance events.
- Manage Changes: Manage changes in customer requirements that affect the fleet and maintenance plans.
