About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Drainage Engineer. As a Trainee Drainage Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the drainage industry, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced drainage engineers in the field, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge of drainage systems and equipment.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in drainage engineering, including City & Guilds qualifications.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment and vehicles.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in the drainage industry is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to our Trainee Drainage Engineers.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on health and safety procedures.
  • Polite and respectful communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
