About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Drainage Engineer at Lanes Group plc.

About You

You will be a hard worker seeking to start a career in the drainage industry. You will be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. You will also have a clean Driver's licence.

The Job

No drainage experience is necessary as we will train you to the appropriate standard. As part of a team, you will be shadowing/assisting a drainage engineer. The role will include a number of drainage-related issues, including emergencies such as blockages and cleaning pipes during maintenance programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist drainage engineers in resolving drainage-related issues
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
  • Work safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
