About the RoleAs a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding to emergencies
- Leading the care team during night shifts, ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid United Kingdom NMC PIN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care home policies and procedures
