Key Responsibilities:- Handle medical information enquiries in English and Swedish, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities, including the initial intake of adverse events, and provide approved responses to medical enquiries.
- Collaborate with physicians and internal departments to prepare responses to enquiries based on research in the literature.
- Provide out-of-hours medical information support to clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.
- An undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
