Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at PDR Solutions Ltd, you will be an integral part of our vibrant Contact Centre team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing approximately 20-30 incoming calls, addressing a variety of inquiries related to donations, account setups, and direct debit modifications.
  • Engaging with clients through webchat and email, as well as handling postal communications.
  • Adapting your communication style to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up on existing inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.
Key Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially during busy periods.
  • A professional and empathetic demeanor.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where teamwork is essential. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We offer a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility after an initial office-based period.
