**Job Title: Payments Onboarding Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new payment clients by collecting and verifying all necessary documentation and information.
- Review and analyze client information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor and report on the status of onboarding activities.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of payments industry and regulations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payments onboarding or related field.
