Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5, promoting their educational and social development, and working closely with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest quality of care
- Collaborate with our sister company, Aspire Training, to provide opportunities for professional growth and development
- Contribute to the overall success and sustainability of our business, with the potential for profit-sharing and bonuses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- A passion for child development and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education
