We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at 1X2 Network on a 9-month contract, with the potential to be extended. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's people priorities and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Coach and advise senior leaders and people managers on employee relations and general HR queries.
- Develop and implement HR projects, such as performance-led culture initiatives, recruitment strategies, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on employee queries, including annual leave, sickness, and general employment.
- Support senior leaders with communications to the wider team, including resignation acknowledgments and exit interviews.
- Act as a sounding board for senior leaders on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness.
- Take ownership of meetings, letter writing, note taking, and outcome management.
- Support senior leaders with recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, conducting CV screenings, and managing interview bookings.
- Strong HR network and support system in place.
- Genuine interest in employment law, employee engagement, candidate attraction, and retention.
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders and people managers on people priorities.
This is a standalone role, and we are looking for someone who is happy to manage day-to-day HR tasks while working closely with our senior leaders and people managers.
