We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Chase Applications for Payments to ensure timely receipt of funds
- Liaise with Operations to minimize invoice accruals and ensure timely invoicing to clients
- Verify PO numbers on all invoices to ensure accuracy
- Process customer invoicing and ensure new customers are onboarded correctly
- Raise consolidated invoices and AFPs for multiple customers
- Identify and investigate errors leading to incorrect billing
- Previous experience in accounting or billing
- Experience with Sales Ledger and Invoice Processing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
