Finance Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Chase Applications for Payments to ensure timely receipt of funds
  • Liaise with Operations to minimize invoice accruals and ensure timely invoicing to clients
  • Verify PO numbers on all invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Process customer invoicing and ensure new customers are onboarded correctly
  • Raise consolidated invoices and AFPs for multiple customers
  • Identify and investigate errors leading to incorrect billing
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounting or billing
  • Experience with Sales Ledger and Invoice Processing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
