We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fleet Workshop Controller to join our team at Accord Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our HGV workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of HGV technicians and mechanics
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the workshop
  • Monitor and control workshop costs and inventory
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workshop productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience working in an HGV dealership or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
