We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director of Programmes. This is a key role that will involve leading and delivering complex change programmes to support elective care recovery in the East of England region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver complex change programmes to support elective care recovery
- Work closely with colleagues nationally and regionally to support ICBs and Providers with the delivery of the GIRFT elective care productivity approach
- Identify and communicate examples of national and regional best practice to ensure shared learning
- Provide expertise relating to improvement approaches and methodologies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders regionally, within ICBs, providers and with the relevant national teams
- Provide hospital on-site support for GIRFT visits
- Experience of leading and delivering complex change programmes
- Significant leadership experience within a multidisciplinary setting
- Knowledge of GIRFT methodology and elective care productivity
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the use of improvement methodologies
- High level analytical skills and the ability to draw qualitative and quantitative data from a wide range of sources and present in a clear concise manner
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to communicate on highly complex matters and difficult situations
