We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to vulnerable adults living in the community, enabling them to live the best lives possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in all aspects of daily life, including personal care, medication administration, financial support, and attending community groups.
- Help individuals develop independent living skills and encourage them to try new activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality support service is delivered.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Positive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide reassurance and guidance to individuals.
- Reliable and honest with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
