Person Specification

  • Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
  • Level 2/3 Teaching assistant qualification
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Must have UK school based experience
  • Knowledge of child development and learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must hold a DBS on update service or willing to apply for one
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt lessons as needed
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities
