About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our growing customer-facing team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound client user queries through our helpdesk solution, assessing and resolving queries or escalating to relevant teams as needed.
  • Work closely with the wider client management team to ensure client queries, issues, and difficulties are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solution and its various features to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with varied issues across a diverse solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • No ego, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Degree-educated.
