The Salesforce Platform Specialist will oversee the Distribution Salesforce system, ensuring that user profiles and roles are appropriately assigned according to visibility sharing protocols. This role is pivotal in enhancing user experience on the platform and updating it in alignment with organizational changes. The specialist will also provide insights into the platform's functionalities and communicate these to the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user license distribution across the Distribution Salesforce system, including security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles. Design and implement new custom objects, fields, page layouts, and other essential system features as needed. Develop and sustain custom functionalities for users across various business sectors, utilizing Salesforce Flows to integrate business processes into Salesforce. Deliver training as a system expert to Learning & Development personnel and end users as necessary. Collaborate and support project deliverables with Distribution Salesforce team members. Track change requests through the designated platform and process. Monitor usage and adoption rates of the Salesforce system across Distribution. Provide ongoing operational support through central support processes (e.g., mailbox, ticketing systems). Advocate for the use of Salesforce throughout Vitality, serving as a primary contact for supported users. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate ideation discussions. Stay informed about industry trends, bringing new technological advancements to Vitality.Essential Qualifications:
Degree-level education in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Salesforce products in any capacity. High self-motivation and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines while managing demanding stakeholders, demonstrating effective time management skills. Strong attention to detail when developing and testing implementations. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing. What We Offer: Performance-based bonus schemes.
