We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Specialist Coach to join our team at Stonewater, a leading provider of safe accommodation and support services for survivors of domestic abuse.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered coaching and support to survivors of domestic abuse, enabling them to move forward in their lives.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver safe accommodation and support services, ensuring a trauma-informed approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and services, promoting a network of support for survivors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching and support sessions to survivors, addressing their individual needs and goals.
  • Contribute to the development of service plans, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a safe and welcoming environment for survivors.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with survivors.
