Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN Support

Five Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Frome. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with SEN in a 1:1 setting and in small groups
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of children with SEN
  • Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working with children with SEN or vulnerable adults
  • Relevant DBS/Police checks
  • Able to work between 2-5 days a week
