We are seeking a skilled Internal Account Manager to join our UK sales team and provide seamless sales and account management support across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team in delivering Garage Workshop Consumables across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop customer spends, and enhance order values through effective questioning and negotiation.
- Process orders, set up new customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Utilize IT literacy, particularly in presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel, to drive business growth.
- Proven sales and business support skills, preferably in Parts Supply, large Motor Factor, or Industrial/Engineering Supplies/Distributor.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a field-based sales function and take orders while building customer relationships.
- High level of IT literacy, particularly in presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
- Competitive salary and bonus structure.

- Mon-Fri working week with no weekends.
